To Cancel Your Account
If your cancellation is due to connection problems, or other frustrations with your account such as junk email, or perhaps a billing problem, we want to resolve those issues for you before you leave.
In order to confirm that we are cancelling the correct account, we must know all of the following information before we can cancel an account:
- Your name, billing address, and contact phone number.
- Your account username (email name), and password
- The date you wish to have your account cancelled.
- If you are so inclined, we would like to know why you are choosing to cancel your account.
Our greatest concern in running things here is how we may best serve you.
If it didn't work, for whatever reason, we want to know how we could have done it better.

We will accept cancellations by mailed letter, fax, or email.
Our written cancellation form may be printed and mailed to 2407 Montana Ave, Billings, MT 59101, or faxed to 406-255-9595.

Or, you may cancel over the phone.
Cancellations will not be accepted by voicemail alone.
We will attempt to return your call if a message is left to confirm cancellation, but your account will not be cancelled until direct contact is made.

Refunds, if due, will be made according to policy.
Keep in mind that we bill at the end of the month, so you may still recieve a final bill after you cancel.
All email is deleted upon account termination.
Cancellations take 24 hours to process and cannot be retroactive.
