Refunds

Refunds within 10 business days of sign-up (new customers only):

  • A full refund will be given for cancellations made within the first 10 business days after sign-up (new customers only), provided there is less than 2 hours usage on the account.
  • If usage on the account is 2 hours or more, prepayments will be refunded, less charges for the full amount of usage. (See our Rates page)

Refunds after 10 business days:

  • No refunds/credits are made for time the account was used.
  • Credit balances will be refunded, less usage charges up to the cancellation date.

Notes: A business day is construed to mean any day that Internet Montana Billing Support is open to the public for business, including Saturdays. Refunds are not based on a customer's ability to connect to or use the service, fitness for any purpose, etc. Please read our Acceptable Use Policy for more details.
