Statements by Email
If you elect to receive monthly email statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail.
You will need to pay from the invoice received through your email.
Email statements will show the previous month's ending balance, payments received, the current month's charges, and the current ending balance owed.
In other words, it will contain all the information you are accustomed to seeing on your paper invoice.
To ensure the proper credit to your account, you should print a copy of the email and return it with your payment.
You may also wish to print a copy of the statement for your personal records.
Benefits:
- You will receive your statement earlier than if mailed via US Post Office.
- You may receive your statements anywhere you can check your email.
(i.e. If you are traveling, or on vacation.)
- Avoid statements lost in the mail.
- Avoid missing or delayed statements due to changes in address.
- If you need to submit the bill to another department or for re-imbursement, you will be able to submit it earlier.
- Easy to reply via email if you have questions about your statement.
- Help conserve our natural resources.

- You may also choose automatic payment via withdrawal from your checking account (ACH billing) or by automatic credit card charge, eliminating the necessity of sending your check payment via US Mail.
