You can log on with your account username and password from our web page by click on the "My Billing" button at the bottom of any page.

Why did my billing rate change from last month?
Your account is billed depending on how many hours you used last month. If your hours go up or down each month, we will automatically adjust your rate. For details, click on the "rates" button below.

How do I set up my account to automatically charge to my credit card or bank account?
You can print the online form to authorize automated billing, or contact support to have a form mailed or faxed to you.

When are my two free months?
Your second and third months are free.
Because our billing period is from the 1st of the month to the end of each month, this has the advantage of giving you two entire months of service free, no matter when you sign up during a month's time.

I cancelled my account last month, why was I billed again?
Because our billing is based on the number of hours you use, we bill for last month, rather than the upcoming month.
Your bill is likely for the last month you had service.
However, please feel welcome to contact support to confirm your cancellation and any subsequent charges.
