Why does it say "page cannot be found"?
The most common cause would be that your computer forgot to dial up to the Internet first. Most web browsers have an option that can be set to tell your computer to connect to the Internet before trying to load a web page. If this is not happening, contact support to help fix this.
In some cases you are connected, but the web page still does not load, indicating one of two scenarios.
Either, that particular web page just isn't working at that time (which can be proven if you are able to load other web sites), or there is a problem with your computer's DNS, or ability to translate web addresses into their proper numerical address.
If you are not able to load any web pages, even though you are connected, contact technical support for help resolving this problem.

Most Internet providers set your home page to their company web site automatically, but you can change this at any time.
