Netscape Email Filter Set-up

(You do not need to be connected to the Internet to set up your filters. Simply open your Microsoft Outlook program. If your computer attempts to dial, click the "Cancel" or "Work Offline" button.)

Go to Edit, then click on Message Filters

Click the "New" button to write a new filter rule

Your filter rule window will look like this:

Change the filter name to your email address, choose the option for "Match any of the following", after "the" select "to or CC", and after "of the message" select "doesn't contain", and in the empty field adjacent, type in your email address. After "then", select "Move to folder" and then in the following box, select "Trash". Click "OK"

Your message filters window will look like the picture below. Click "OK". Your filter will take affect the next time you check your email.
