Put the Internet Montana Disk one into the floppy drive and open the disk by double clicking on the Internet Montana icon. Follow the instructions and insert the second disk when prompted to do so.
If your modem is installed on your "modem port" you will need to have AppleTalk enabled. If your modem is on your "printer port" AppleTalk must be disabled. You can locate AppleTalk under the Apple and then "Chooser".
After Install is completed, click on the apple (in the upper left hand corner of the screen) and choose Control Panel. Open Config PPP.
The "Config PPP" window should be set up just like the picture.
Click on the Config... button.

Click on the Authentication button you will see the following:
Enter your username in the Auth. ID: box. Remember: All lower case.
Enter your password in the Password box.
Click on the OK button. That's it!
You are now configured to access the internet.
All you need to do is push the "Open" button.
When you are finished, use the "Close" button to terminate the connection.
