Click Edit and then Preferences from the main toolbar.
Under the netscape4 Starts With, make sure Home page is selected.
Under the heading Home Page, In the box labeled Location, type the world wide web address of the site you would like to make your start page.
Click OK.
The next time you start Netscape or click the Home button, you will be
taken to the home page selected.
Click Edit and then Preferences from the main toolbar.
Under the heading Mail and Groups, click on Identity. Type your
name and email address in the appropriate boxes.
Under the Category heading, click on Mail Server. In the box labeled Mail server username, type your account username.
Type imt.net in the boxes labeled Outgoing mail (SMTP)server and Incoming Mail server.
Click OK.
You are now setup to use the mail application.
In the lower-right of the Communicator window, you will see an icon toolbar like shown.
Click the 
icon on the toolbar to bring up the mail window.
From the Mail window, click on the Get Msg button to check your mail. You will be prompted for your password. Email Messages will be listed in the upper half of the split window with the subject, sender and date information. To read them, double-click on the message and the entire message will appear in the lower portion of the split window.
Click on Message from the main toolbar and select New Message from the pull-down menu. The message window will appear
On the line labeled To: type the email address of the person you would like to send this message.
On the line labeled Subject type a brief description of what the email concerns.
Type the message you would like to send in the window below. Click the Send button when you want the message delivered.
